The beef and chicken were extremely tender, but with a crisp exterior and flavor through every single bite. You can tell that their food is made with love.   “The chicken was way too dry and barely had any actual meat on it. Most of it was bones. The first few bites were okay, but the more I ate, the more disappointed I became. It felt like there was just enough chicken on the outside to make it look decent, but inside it was all bones. I would never serve this to anyone. There were even bay leaves mixed into the food. The shawarma wrap was also extremely small and thin. I’ve had plenty of shawarma wraps before, and the portion size on this one was surprisingly small. It honestly reminded me of the simple bean burritos my mom used to pack for school in a flour tortilla. The rice and the pickles were decent. Unfortunately, everything else fell short, and overall very dissatisfied with the meal.”

The thin fries soaked up the beef juices. Beef was tender and tasty. The hummus was a bit bland so I added garlic sauce. Very solid and enjoyable meal.”

  “MOST AUTHENTIC SYRIAN SHAWARMA I HAVE TASTED IN A DECADE! ✨ i love how hospitable Ahmad was with us. He was very welcoming and served us the biggest smile ever. I am an Indiana resident but considering moving to Gardena just for this Shawarma! We had the beef Arabic style shawarma plate and it took us straight to my hometown Syria. I totally recommend this family owned restaurant. The garlic sauce is creamy yet saucy with the perfect concentration of garlic flavor.
